    Last weekend's AMA District 37 desert race, the 55th Annual Check Chase shot
    in sports mode on my Digital Rebel with the Tamron 24-135:

    I can't believe how green the Mojave Desert is this year. Simply amazing.
    The next couple of weekends we'll hit some quieter areas of the dez for some
    wildflower shots.

    Your pictures look very contrasty... kind of reminds me of Ektachrome scans!

    Did you adjust them in any way or are they right out of the camera?
