    I was looking at the Olympus SP-565 UZ Digital Camera

    Memory 48MB Internal Memory
    Removable Media Card xD-Picture Card™ (1GB, 2GB), microSD (MASD-1 is
    required)
    ____________________________________________________________________

    What is MASD-1? Is that the carrier for the MicroSD card?

    Please no comments on the camera, I am not trying to start another
    camera war.

    I had found that information prior to posting, but in reading the page
    there was still a question in my mind weather it was a special card or
    an adapter for the micro SD card.

    While the first part implies it is an adapter, several paragraphs lower
    it seems to indicate that it is something different.
