Olympus Focus Stage & Rail Wanted (Macro Rail)

    Not yet its been cloudy and wet here. Tho I may venture into the
    rainforest friday or the weekend if its still wet and overcast.

    The biggest problem I see is the bulk in the total system.

    Using my zoom lens at 24mm the actual pivot is near the front element.
    So I'm now looking at using a fixed 24mm and working on a one piece
    bracket to suit, without the rail, as I can workout all the measurements.

    That shouldn't be too hard to fabricate even if its a alloy casting,
    then machine the flats.

    Then again I could resurrect the Noblex, what was that stuff they used
    inside the cameras?
