Is there any way I can open or use an Indesign document (*.indd) in
    Photoshop?

  2. Not really. You can export the pages as PDF or JPEG and open that in
Photoshop, but that would render the text as pixels, so you can't edit
    it any more.

'Bout like opening a Word file in SoundForge; completely different kinds
    of programs.

Best you can do is export an InDesign PDF and then open the PDF in
    Photoshop.

  4. I believe you can export .indd as multi layer .pdf to give you
    considerable flexibility in Ps.

Photoshop must rasterize (convert to pixels) an InDesign PDF. You lose
layers and you lose the ability to edit text.
