pakon F335 scaner - calibration

    Hello
    I have new Pakon F335 Film scaner, but scans are dark and don't have nice
    color contrast.
    How to get the best result ?? i only can manipulate RGB, brightness or
    contrast but don't know which
    i must regulate.
    I do photos of color checker and i print it On MFC and Pakon + Dlab 2 agfa
    but i don't know how to
    compare it and choose best parameters
