Is it the TV's that are different or is it the actual VCR's too?

Any chance this would work out........wondering if I can capture
a video from a PAL tape using an ntsc vcr hooked to a video card
    on the computer.

Would the resulting video and audio be convertable or useable using this
    method?

    Thanks for any replys,
    Matt

    Hi Matt,

Not with a standard ntsc vcr. There are some dual standard as well as
models that will do the conversion. If this is a one-time thing, you're
probably best off sending the tape to a dupe house and have them convert
    it to ntsc.
