when using rechargeable batteries over 2000 aMh my camera shows
Rechargeables have lower voltage (typically 1.2V) compared to alkaline
(typically 1.5V). Some kit will have a way of setting whether you are
using rechargeable or non-rechargeable cells.
Just an idea.
Could be one low cell causing the problem have you a spare so you can rotate
them to determine if you have a dud one? had that problem with the unbranded
ones from japan .
Could also be that the charger does not have enough hump for high mah and
there only low charged
