I have a Optio W10. Very nice to use it on the beach, boat or
But the front glass gets easily dirty with sea water and then it is
very difficult to clean it while you are outdoor.

Any suggestion how to clean it? or keep it clean?

Interesting problem, especially for a Waterproof camera.
It doesn't look like the W10 takes an auxiliary UV filter so you have to
    clean the lens directly.
Perhaps you can lick the lens clean and then immediately remove the
saliva with a clean piece of microfiber cloth.
When you reach shore, flush the entire camera in fresh water and
    immediately wipe it dry.

In fact you cannot use any additional filter
If I could keep a DRY cloth with me, I could also keep a small fresh
water bottle. I should find a material that has a reasonable cleaning
capacity even when is wet of salt water
Of course, and I find very relaxing to take care of my camera.

Sometyhing I wouldn't try myself, at least as a first implementer, but
would something like Rain-X be suitable for such a situation?

To clean your lens of saliva you only need a piece of microfiber cloth
3in. x 3in. square. You could keep that in a tiny 1 x1 inch plastic bag.
You could use a piece of polypropylene felt. It is very soft and sheds
water completely. You may be able to get a piece from an upholstery shop.
