Does anybody knows if exist a photoshop action which take a full size
protrait and simulate a step+repeat, giving a quantity of correctly-sized
    passport shots on one enprint?

  2. If you only need one go at it for your own use...then making an action will
take longer than doing it just that once. If you are going to do it time and
again, then click to record it as an action. Any way you go about it you
will have made fewer keystrokes than what it took to ask.

Is there some part of it that you don't understand?

  4. I'm not sure what version of PhotoShop you are using.
    Go to: File>Automate>Picture Package
You can specify print size etc works great
I Manage a shop where we take hundreds of Passport photos and used this
method in the past until we got a printer for Passport Photos only

Tell 'em to **** off. It's only a damn passport photo. They can wait
in line or go somewhere else. Pissy people like that will probably
only be stabbed by the Flight Marshal for annoying the flight crew
    anyway.
    A guaranteed path to success.
Bullshit, those things take about 3 minutes, just to find out the
operator screwed it up somehow and you've got to try again.
My last experience of passport photos was trying to get one for a 4
week old baby. Those hemaroid-based(TM) cameras are totally useless.
The US passport photo guides require the face to be a certain size,
which requires the camera to be much closer to a small baby face than
an adult. It's weird ultra-sonic distance based focus system (at
least, that's what I assume it is) fails miserably in this situation.

A total of 8 shots were required before we gave up, increased the
distance and shot an image which failed to meet the requirements but
was (luckily) accepted by the courthouse anyway.
