photos at a zoo copyright

  1. Quite clear to me:
*** DO NOT *** submit your photo to Chester Zoo. Not even for
    information!
(But I think this refers to their photo competition!)

"By submitting your photo to chesterzoo.org, you grant Chester Zoo a
perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish,
distribute, and otherwise exercise all copyright and publicity rights
with respect to that information at its sole discretion, including
storing it on Chester Zoo and/or Flickr servers and incorporating it in
other works in any media now known or later developed including without
limitation published books, posters, flyers or other printed material.

"By submitting your photo you understand and agree that Chester Zoo has
no obligation to publish your photo. You must be the author/copywrite
    holder of all images submited."

    !!

Does 'copywrite' have any legal enforceability? :)

Some newsgroup contributors appear to have confused
the meaning of "discussion" with "digression".
