Printing from paperport deluxe

  1. Every time I try to print a scanned document from within Paperport 9 deluxe
    it gives me some nonsense story about not being able to handle pdf+text
    unless there is omnipage pro installed. Furthermore it ties up my computer
    and stalls it.

    ScanSoft must be kidding us if the program can scan to a pdf document but
    they expect us to go open our free Adobe Acrobat readers to go print a
    document.

    Am I missing something or is ScanSoft missing something? By the way, trying
    to get into their webbased usergroup is like trying to get into fort knox.
    One hits their head against web server errors.

  2. It turns out, that uninstalling the software and reinstalling paperport
    deluxe ver 9 and then the updated drivers from visioneer for the xp100
    solved the problem
