Problems with Cinelogic

I´ve used Cinelog 3.3 for a french commercial and i had a few problems...

1.- The PC was really slow.
2.- there were no signs of my system hd (c
3.- when it was found, i couldn´t start cinelog. (a window saying something about a failiure with the cinelog.exe file and a device was showing)
4.- After rebooting (so many times) i couldn´t get pass windows safe mode.

Is it the Hardware?
The software?
Sorry for my English, i´m from argentina.

Please, let me know if you ever had this problem, cause the cinelog´s not mine and the owner is the one who calls me to work.
