I'm looking for a raw converter for my shiny new mac - i've tried Camera
Raw Conversion 1.1 and dcRaw, but they don't give me the fine control and
live view I'm used to with Ufraw on Linux - any ideas?

Graphic Converter does that - maybe you already have it on your HD - it
came with my powerbook.Otherwise it is available for download, and is
quite cheap if you decide to buy it.

Graphic converter as mentioned, or Photoshop/Elements with the free raw
    plugin.

I quite like Bibble, from www.bibblelabs.com. Lot's of control and very
configurable. Interface is a bit all over the place though.

Graphic converter is a great piece of software, but IMHO the Adobe Raw
plugin is better. By his own admission, Lemke has to do a lot of guesswork
to write his raw support, whereas Adobe tend to be given help by the
manufacturers, from what I understand. Still, GC is a swiss army knife
program everyone should have if they don't already.
