    Hi all,
I have an archiving problem, namely a vast pile of 1/2 inch reel to reel
video (from a Sony AV 3200, which I think is EIA-J?), all of which are
sticky and need baking followed by transfer to something modern.

And the other problem is they are 525/30 (Not NTSC, this predates
consumer colour cameras). Obviously given the free running nature of this
kit, the actual rates and line counts could be anything.

Any suggestions for a preferably UK based company that can handle the
baking, playback and format conversion onto some modern (And
    preferably UK PAL) format?

    Regards, Dan.

Can be done in Australia if you can't find anywhere else.

If you haven't tried them already, Dubbs of London (URL:
http://www.dubbs.co.uk/dubbs/Index.html) might be able to help - if
they can't do the job they might well know who can.
