I was waiting for Canon 40D to be released so I can have another backup
camera, but it's kinda sad because I have been sicken as dog for quite
sometime now. I supposed to have some small surgery last month, but
blood-sugar was little high so I rescheduled last Thursday Sept. 6th, but
had other problem so I ended up in hospital for 4 days (fri - sat). So I
have to reschedule the surgery to the end of this month.

... and waiting for the hospital bill + coming surgery bill see if I have
any $$$ left for newer toy <bg>

Anyway, while I continue researching for more info about the new Canon 40D
I happen to run into these samples which are pretty good. And the reason I
post the link here because of some general information.

    - The newer Canon 40D (if anyone cares)

    - ISO-1600 - one photo using ISO-1600. About NOISE at high ISO

    - Macro lens & top_of_the_line lens. IQ difference between cheapie lens vs
    top_notch lens.

    - DSLR vs P&S

    - More pixel DSLR vs less pixel P&S

    - Cropping and DETAIL etc..

.... see we don't really need to write a book to be able to see many
different thing from some very simple image.. or some can tell much more
than what we try to deny <bg>. Again, they ain't mine and they may not be
the best, but good enough for some general information we can learn from
    them.

Nothing new here. Bret Douglas regularly posts image at least as nice
looking as those from his Photoshop CS3 program. I believe he does as
the poster of these images did... Used a camera to get an image to
    start with. Bret's is a 20D.

I didn't mean to post the link of those images to compare with other. But
as I mentioned above that we can use those samples to cut down some word war
    over here <bg>

Like we had few users here comparing cellphone camera, 1-2MP P&S camera
    with 10MP DSLR etc..
