saving Real Player streams

  2. Go to http://www.ehelp.com/camstudio/product/screenrecording/
    and download and install CamStudio. It is a free open source program or you
    can go to the Camtasia site and pay $250 for the sme thing.
    This software allows you to draw a box around anything happening on your
    screen and capture it as an AVI movie - works great to capture netmeeting
    videos. It will also capture the real media videos that otherwise cannot be
    captured.

    You can even turn your desktop into a school blackboard and record your
    voice and mouse movements as you explain how software runs to make a
    training movie.
