Scart output on cheap-ish DVD players

I trying to find a low cost DVD player preferably 50 UKP or less to use
with an older tv upstairs. Its the scart output which is causing some
pain. Although Sony and Philips both say their players have 1 scart
connector they do not state on their web sites what is available on that
scart. Pioneer think they have 1 scart RGB input on their DV300 - amazing.

I would prefer the DVD player to manage RGB and s-video which in the
former case I can cascade through the freeview box and then into the tv or
use the s-video into the second socket on the tv (RGB only on 1).

It seems this is hard if not impossible to find.

Anyone know of such a player?

    Cheers,

    Bob.
