Secure Data cards and Kodak LS443

Discussion in 'Kodak' started by Gary J Bevans, Sep 1, 2003.

  1. Can the Kodak LS443 digital camera use SD cards larger than 256MB?

I go on extended backpacking/fishing trips for a week at a time and would
like to know if anyone has had any experience with the larger SD Cards or is
it best to get multiple smaller cards.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Gary,

Yes, if you can find a larger SD Card it will work. When backpacking, and
you run out of space, it might not be a bad idea to have more than one card.
If an image gets corrupted or you have an issue with the card, you can
always use the other. There are also portable drive features that allow you
to download the files on a card then reformat to use again. Check some of
the web sites for removable media storage that accept SD cards.

    Talk to you soon.
