Selling 2nd hand equipment in the UK

    Hi all,
    I want to advertise my Nikon Coolpix 995 digicam for sale. Does anyone know
    of some good websites to advertise it on? I've posted in the
    uk.rec.photos.adverts group, but its pretty quiet. Google only throws up
    companies selling gear.

    Suggestions for good sites would be great....

    eBay.

    Thought about that, but the charges, hassle of posting etc put me off

    Do goods teleport themselves to a buyer when you sell via a newsgroup
    I knew that was coming. No, but I find selling to people on newsgroups more
    reliable, and somehow easier than selling via eBay. I guess this is because
    most people I have traded with, has been in person. Point taken though.....
