Hello all... I am having a major problem. I am using CS and this is my
first time using it for an actual project. I got half way through and I
saved it twice. Now when I try to save it I get the message "Could Not
Complete your request because of a program error." I have tried save and
save as. Since my last save I have made major changes... I am now screwed
and can't save, turn off my computer or print it because I fear I'll lose my
work. I don't want to start back over and even if I did I don't think I'll
be able to save then either. Anyone else experience this or have some sort
of fix. I'll keep monkeying around with it but as for now I am up sh**
    creek. Anyone have a paddle?

Try copying your work and pasting into a new document then try saving that.
Can't guarantee anything but it's a straw to clutch at.

I don't have an answer for you, but I can tell you I have had th
similar error with a file. I get that message when I try to open th
file. It happened about a month ago, I hadn't seen it before, or since
But I am glad it wasn't an important project

I've just had the same problem "Could not complete your request because of a
program error." when trying to save my work. The project i'm working on has
quite a few layer's so i turned off the last layer i was working on and the
save function worked (i have no idea why this so), i've just defragmented my
hard drive and all seams well...

    hope this helps

Since my last save I have made major changes... I am now screwed

If you are still open, on each layer try Duplicate Layer to new document
(Layers palette flyout). Then combine the layers into a master doc.Hope
you can do that and save it.
