How does one make a transitions, like page curls, or flips etc. etc. move
faster between clips. It seems that some transitions go faster than others,
or is it me that is doing something wrong with the time line. I think that
making the time lines shorter by using the seconds to see more of the time
lines has something to do with the slowness of my transitions. I have 750
of Ram and enough hard drive space, so I do not think it is that. I am only
    doing 30 minute videos

  2. Are you talking about RENDERING them faster or making
them PLAY faster? You have complete and total control over
how fast they play. Rendering time depends on the speed of
your computer and there is nothing you can do except try some
    optimizations or a hardware upgrade.

Right click on the transition and change the "duration". You will have the
choice of entering any amount of time or frames you choose....keep in mind
though, the fancier transitions such as page curls may not look as effective
the faster you set their timing.....you may not be able to tell what it was
that just happened in the video.
