Taken with a Canon A70 with WPDC700 waterproof housing.

They were taken at Mabibi in South Africa.

  3. Nice camp! Looks like you're experienced. Great photos, thanks for sharing.

I seem to run into a problem that I think you did at image 0215150327.jpg,

There is a lack of contrast and color. Do you remember the conditions?
Clouded over, sun in front, or what? I'm trying to figure out how to avoid
    those in the future.

Great shots, and thanks for showing the campsite -- nice to pick up some
    pointers on sheltering.

  4. Great colors. Were you using a flash or just getting absolutely accurate
    exposures?

Thanks! No flash, I was pretty close to the surface so exposure wasn't
difficult and the colors were close enough to Daylight white balance that I
really didn't need to do much post-processing.

    Hi Mark,

Those are excellent shots! Beautiful! Were you using snorkels or
    scuba?

Hmm, I can't really remember. Most of the days were sunny, and I think
that was one of them. I also think the sun was in front. The EXIF info
is in the file if that will help.

    Thanks for the comments!

Thanks! Just snorkels. It was the first time we used snorkels, it took
about half an hour to really be comfortable with it. If you ever get a
chance to go to Sea World, I HIGHLY recommend Discovery Cove. The snorkel
areas & aviarys alone make for an incredible experience.

  9. Hey, Mark, the next time you snorkel an aviary, would you let me know? :->
