    Hello

Does anyone know a software which copies a DVC via firewire to
harddisc as single Files with Time-Code-Names?
    i.e.
    "2002-12-23 15.45.mpg"
    "2002-12-23 16.12.mpg"
    "2002-12-23 17.41.mpg"
    "2003-01-03 15.45.mpg"
    etc.

    Best Regards

Ah! Now I found a News-Entry since what I need is not the Time-Code,
but the Date/Time-Stamp of the Record!

Perhaps someone knows a better tool, but what I found is „Scenalyzer
Live" or ScLive from „http://www.scenalyzer.com" to produce the
AVI-Files, then TMPGEnc from http://www.tmpgenc.net/ to produce the
    mpes2.

Also a good hint was http://www.dvdrhelp.com/

But… now I'm looging for a codec which is able to compress the 50
    half-pictures without losing the interlaces… :)

Thanks to all (also earlier) replies.
