something got turned on!

    I am new to using my Panasonic Lumix DC-FZ82 and I seem to have turned on some sort of 'meter' which now sits in the centre of the viewscreen (I can actually move it around the viewscreen). Can anyone tell me what it is and how to turn it off please?
