I am currently in South FL. Low today was 67. Unfortunately, many of the
    birds were all snuggled in.

My wife is from Rockford IL, which is almost within throwing distance
of a cheese wheel from Wisconsin. She talks frequently with her older
sister in Janesville WI. The sister has been snowed in for these past
    few weeks.

: How did the blizzard treat you.

We got around 10", as near as we can tell. And now it's pretty damned cold -
around 0°F at the nearest cell tower. We've seen a lot worse, but you'd never
know it, from the whining of the TV weather forecasters. To hear them tell it,
we might as well be in Alaska.

How about you? Any flooding in your area? We're too far inland for that to be
an issue, but down at the shore there were some flooded roads and houses.

If you believe some of those TV guys you would think the apocalypse is
at hand. their goal is ot make you want to listen to their ads.
Right now we are traveling, and in S. FL. At hole, we don't get much
flooding as we are a few miles from the water, and ear the op of a hill.
