Struggling with images taken with a Minolta dimage E323

    Help please.

    I can view images on my dimage 323.

    I can transfer the JPG images to my PC and view the images with the
    dimage viewer.

    But I cannot open the images in any other graphics utility (PSP, Irfan
    view, etc)

    Am I doing something stupid? If not, I'll take the camera back to the
    shop.

    If the OS is WinXP, run disk cleanup. A full temp internet file cache
    will prevent the OS from working with jpg images.

    Thanks for the suggestion. Yes, it is XP but I have run Windows Washer
    recently. Also, I cannot view the JPEGS on my laptop either.
