Sunset on the ~French Rivera~ by Nikon

  1. Nonsense! Stop making excuses when you know that all you have to do is post
Usenet approved images that you really don't care about if someone jacks
them. As terrible as some of mine are two have actually made it into
magazines. You never know who reads Usenet.

  3. This is awfully tired, Steve. Could you find a new tack?

Oh, ASAAR, you are so clever... you have yet to document any kind of
evidence to that effect... we'll just leave it to others to rightly
note that everyone who you don't agree with is a sock puppet.

Well, I was actually replying to the spirit of the beginning of the
thread where someone noted that the canonistas might object to it.
Sarcasm can be subtle, sorry you didn't get it.

Thank you. It's about time that you said something not obviously
I don't have to since your own words do it so well.

Nonsense. There are quite a number of people that I disagree with
about something from time to time, but probably agree with them most
of the time. None of them are on the sock puppet troll list. You
would have a difficult time convincing anyone that those on the sock
puppet list don't belong there. In fact, I agree with some of the
non-outrageous things said by a few of the sock puppets. Have you
noticed that *you* aren't on the sock puppet list? You've
unwittingly proved *yet again* that your words mean little and it
was not a mistake to say that you are ignorant and stupid. There's
a web page that describes you quite well :

  9. It's what you do all the time. It's very old hat.
Your sarcasm is anything but subtle; there was nothing to "get".

What's obvious is that you have much too high an opinion of yourself.

    Still no evidence, I see.
The fact that you even have such a list reveals much about your
inflated opinion of yourself, doesn't it?

As so often happens, you resort to meaningless name calling in the
absence of anything of substance to say. I imagine that doing so
raises your sense of self esteem, so go for it. But you are in your
own little world. Those kinds of little tantrums always reflect on
the person saying them, not those they are directed toward.

    What a maroon. ;-)

(It's a joke, if you still don't get it, then just get over it.)

Sorry about that. I assume you say the same thing to everyone who
pokes fun at the Canon-Nikon "debate," right? I'll continue to do
so, especially when someone touts one particular camera as being the
reason for their good pictures. Old hat or no, it's still a good
response to the equipment geeks. Sometimes it is the old hats that
fit the best. Again, sorry if you didn't get that or if it stepped
    on your toes.

BTW, I don't think the original poster in this thread falls in that
category, I was poking fun at some of the responses that took
exception to him using the word "Nikon" in the title.
