Synchronizing a data logging file with a video file

  1. I have a data logging file (.txt file) and I need to synchronize it with a
    video file (.avi or .mpg), superimposing the data from the log onto some
    video zones.
    Which software allows me to perform this task and how does it work?
    The data logging file is in the following format:

    Date Time Act.Flow Setpoint Temperature
