Unable to set Avatar image.

    Hi to you all out there. I am not getting the option to "Browse" tab and the option circle has a blue infill dot preventing any options for display. I have tried resetting the field but nothing changes. Is it me?
    I set a Profile image with no issues but have since deleted it thinking that there might be a conflict and the Avatar needed setting first.
