    Hey guys,

Does anyone know a good resource page where I can learn about Lenses?

    http://www.canon.com.au/products/cameras_lenses_accessories/standard_lenses.html

I'm wanting to buy some Lenses soon but instead of hassling you guys with
every question (like what the 28 and the 135 means and the f/3.5-5.6 means
when talking about the 'EF 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM'), does anyone know of
a good URL tutorial page(s) where I can learn about this. Cheers!

    Regards,
    Nick.

USM stands for 'UltraSonic Motor' - I believe this is a marketed phrase for
their noise reduction engine. Thank you for the run down on lenses, much
    appreciated.

    Regards,
    Nick.
