  1. Hello! This is an emergency!
I've made a movie for a Amateure Film Festival. The only problem is that
it's short time before it starts, and I've got a serious problem that I
really hope someone can help me to sort out.
The thing is it's just one scene in the end of the movie, where there is
action inside a car (people talking) but then you see a person from the
film-crew in the background (outside the car). This person HAVE to be
removed, no matter what. I don't think it is too difficult to remove this
person because it stands still and on a almost silent area on the screen. If
anyone can help me with this, I'll give you the fullframe uncompressed movie
(MS *.avi) on a FTP-server. PLEASE, if anyone knows how to do this, please
help me. We got one week from now.

  2. Make a copy of the scene. Lay it above the original scene on your timeline.
Remove the person by copying part of the background and lay that on top of
him on the next higher video track on the timeline. Crop to fit, feather
edges, whatever you need to do. Perhaps you make a new background, perhaps
you insert a green screen filter and add a new background, but what ever you
use to cover him the process is the same. Then matte out everything in the
second and third layers except your new background covering the crew member.
You'll have your original scene with no crew.
