URGENT! SAT TRUCK NEEDED IN N.C. FOR 17 SEPT.

Discussion in 'Professional Video Production' started by Porter L. Versfelt III, Sep 17, 2003.

  1. I need a satellite uplink truck (or flyaway pack) for a 15-minute uplink window
on Wilmington, NC beach (or thereabouts) from 1530 ET - 1545ET Wednesday ... 17
September 2003. I can shoot it, but I need a truck. All they want is a live
picture of roiling surf. No on-cam reporter needed. If it comes with a camera,
all the better. Let me know your availability and price ASAP. Best to call me
    at 678-469-6224. E-mail ... .

PS Anyone with Wilmington, NC beach area knowledge know if the authorities are
going to make our access to the waterfront a problem? I know there is a
voluntary evac going on right now.

  5. Porter Versfelt III is surfing for the big uplink in the sky, but adds:
I'd leave that at home if you want to keep it "looking" new.
    Stay safe guy.
