    Hi, fellow dvd folks,

I'd like to find a way to use nero vision 4 to create a dvd that hasn't
got a menu. In other words, if I burn a 2 hour movie to dvd, I;d like
to simply place the disk into a home dvd player and have the movie
    start without menu selections.

Does anyone know how to do this?

    thanks

If Nero Vision 4 won't do it, how about having Nero create a folder of
your DVD files (with menu), then use something like DVD Shrink to
reauthor the disk, stripping out just the main movie?

I had the same problem .. I had to make a DVD for broadcast on my local
cable access .. but all my DVD authoring software put a menu on the disk ..
even if there was only one choice ... I solved the problem (in Roxio EZ CD
...didn't try it in Nero) .. how?? .. Roxio (and I think Nero, but not sure)
has the option of putting a short video BEFORE the menu ... well, I just put
the main video file in that spot .. so, while the menu is still there, and
will play .. it only plays *after* the main movie.
