Has anyone experience of this film/developer combination? Have you had good
results with it? What times and dilutions are suggested?

I remember using VP with Rodinal at 1+100. I think the dev time was about 15
minutes at 70F, but, I can't be sure. Very good combo. I was sorry to see VP
    discontinued.

  3. I've tried it. At 1:25 times are about the same as for
    full strength D-76, at 1:50 about like D-76 1:1.
Rodinal is not my favorite developer. While it is capable
of good tonal rendition it is grainier than most other
developers. Its main virtue is convenience. I much prefer
D-76 1:1 for V-Pan and many other films.
I am another who will miss V-Pan. Probably the closest
other film is Plus-X roll film. It is a good quite fine
grain, medium toe film, but not quite the same as V-Pan.
