I had no problem with this before I reinstalled XP.
I am using dvd2avi to open vobs, then vfapi to serve the saved
project, and when I attempt to open the file with virtualdub, it says
the file cant be opened because it is being used by another process.
after I close vfapiconvert, vdub can access the file, but is unable to
    use it for obvious reasons.
I reinstalled the vfapi codec, checked dvd2avi for the vfapi option,
and all looks fine. Tmpg says the file is unsupported.

Im goin nuts here, plz help
