Want to know who is posting the OT?crossposted/follow-up stuff?

It's pretty obvious that someone would like to make a person by the name of
Lewis Lang look bad and maybe get his ISP to cancel his account. To that end
they're posting what appear to be on topic questions to groups but they have the
follow-up redirected to assorted rec.photo.* groups. This is to annoy us and get
us to complain about Lewis Lang. If you want to know who might have reason,
imagined or otherwise, to do this go to Google and look up Lewis Lang and see
who in these rec.photo.* groups he has had a fight with. Then Google that person
to see that they are knowledgeable enough to fake the questions in the other
groups and smart enough about the net to be able to hide their tracks so well.
I won't name names, you do the research and you'll see who is doing what.

I wondered how the heck my reply to the winemaking group ended up posted
    here.

The problem isn't the Google postings /per se/; they're easy enough to
mark or kill if your newsreader does scoring.[1] The problem is the
people who don't watch where followups are set, and blithely keep posting
to these threads. Maybe if Google Groups didn't allow setting
    followups...

I think the real aim is to screw-up this Lewis character, he was at cross
purposes with someone here a short time ago and that person is now doing his
best to damage him. I think the guy doing it is a regular here too, in fact, he
even commented on the OT/oddball posts himself, as a diversion of course.

As far as I can tell, he thinks someone by the name of Lewis
    stole some of his photographs.

You are either the troll, or a fool.
Surely you don't believe any of that nonsense about "stealing photos..."
