warp to perfect circle

    i have a pix of a plate of food, taken from an angle and i want to
    warp it to a perfectly round plate. are there any guides i can use
    with warp (cs2) so i know when it is perfectly round?

    swich rulers on and pull out a vertical and horizontal guide
