I know I probably shouldn't have taken a canoe ride over class II rapids, but me and my Kodak DX 6440 did, and you can guess what happened. So I took battery out and the memory card, trying to dry it out. Was surprised a day later when it turned on, light blinked then stayed green and lens came out. And yes, there are several pictures I took on the memory card. Great. But. Even though flash still works, nothing registers on the little view screen and when shutter is pressed, flash works great, but no picture is shown. First thought it to chuck it and replace. However maybe someone reading this might have an alternate solution. Any parts that could be replaced and cost effectively? Cheer$, Harlan Lunsford
