What is the difference between the Canopus ADVC55 and ADVC110?

Is it just the output from the 110? Is the input from both identical
in terms of quality? So if I wasn't bothered about output I might as
well get the 55 instead? Can they both work with WinDV? Would any of
them work with Media Center as a TV device if they were connected to a
    satelite receiver?

The 55 is a one way device only (analog in/firewire out) while the 110 is
bidirectional (analog in/out AND firewire in/out).
