My old cellphone was just a phone. But my new one is supposed to have a
built in camera. I'd like to try the camera, but I cant figure out
where to install the film. Anyone know?

    We'd need more info...
does the phone have a generator with a "crank" handle or is it one of those
new-fangled one with the dial on it?

Also does the flash use bulbs or flash powder?

Actually, it is enough to paste it with superglue on the face of
the phone, but take care to keep the sensitive side out. After
taking the photo, just drop the wholething in the developer for about
7 min and then rinse in running cheap champagne for about 5 min.
Then immerse in wet cement for a couple of days, till it quite
hard. Then you can get it out. I hope you have an album
ready as loose snaps often get lost.

Dirt easy: take a photo with the phone, then in a darkroom tape 120 film to the phone's screen, sensitive side turned to the screen, while displaying the photo you just took for about 1 second.

Once that is done, untape the film and take it to a processing shop if you can find one.

When it's back as a photo, snap the photo with the phone and upload the result to Facebook.

    Nothing could be easier!
