    I did a Google search on the last part of your question -
    "Hama click-away hand strap 00027816".

    This took me to the following web site (was first on the list) -
    https://www.hama.com/00027816/hama-click-away-hand-strap-black

    Near the top of this web page is the word COMPANY. Clicking on this
    word brings up a number of regions, one of which is EUROPE.

    I will leave it up to you to click on EUROPE and peruse the list of
    sites until you find the site nearest to you, from where you can note
    the necessary contact details and proceed as appropriate.

    I have done the above. The strap is obviously discontinued, I was
    hoping that someone might have, or knows of one squirrelled
    away somewhere. I have set an email to Hama UK.
