Wildlife photos from Melbourne Zoo

    My girlfriend & I visited Melbourne Zoo yesterday, for the first time in
    years. Of course, I took the camera along:

    All photos were taken with an EOS 10D, using either an EF
    100-300mm/F5.6L zoom (which I've just discovered has dust in it...), or
    the EF 50mm/F18II prime.

    Please feel free to comment or criticise.

    PS: I've enabled the voting, comment & slideshow features on the Gallery
    system. The slideshow looks great. :)

  2. Many of the zoo shots would benefit from fill flash...

    Thanks for the comment Dennis. I thought of using fill flash, & even had
    a suitable unit (550-EX) in the camera bag, but I was worried that using
    it might get me thrown out of the zoo. I might give it a try the next
    time I go there.
